THE PROGRAMS AT ENIGMA JIU JITSU ARE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT STUDENTS OF ALL AGES AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS THROUGH STRUCTURED, PURPOSE-DRIVEN TRAINING. FROM YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS TO ADULT TRAINING AND WELLNESS, EACH PROGRAM IS BUILT TO PROVIDE A CLEAR PATH FOR DEVELOPMENT IN A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS
THE ENIGMA YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BUILD CONFIDENCE, DISCIPLINE, AND ATHLETIC SKILL IN A SAFE, STRUCTURED, AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT. OUR PROGRAM INTRODUCES CHILDREN TO MARTIAL ARTS THROUGH AGE-APPROPRIATE TRAINING THAT EMPHASIZES MOVEMENT, COORDINATION, FOCUS, AND POSITIVE HABITS — BOTH ON AND OFF THE MATS.

FOR OUR YOUNGEST STUDENTS, TODDLER JIU JITSU (AGES 2–4) FOCUSES ON BASIC MOVEMENT, BALANCE, AND LISTENING SKILLS THROUGH FUN, ENGAGING ACTIVITIES. CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD CONFIDENCE AND COMFORT IN A GROUP SETTING WHILE INTRODUCING THE FOUNDATIONS OF JIU JITSU IN A SAFE AND PLAYFUL WAY.

YOUTH JIU JITSU (AGES 5+) BUILDS ON THESE FOUNDATIONS WITH STRUCTURED CLASSES THAT TEACH BODY AWARENESS, CONTROL, AND EFFECTIVE TECHNIQUE. STUDENTS LEARN PROBLEM-SOLVING, RESPECT, AND SELF-DEFENSE WHILE DEVELOPING PHYSICAL FITNESS AND CONFIDENCE IN A POSITIVE TEAM ENVIRONMENT.

OUR YOUTH MUAY THAI PROGRAM (AGES 5+) INTRODUCES STRIKING IN A CONTROLLED AND AGE-APPROPRIATE SETTING. CLASSES FOCUS ON COORDINATION, FOOTWORK, PAD WORK, AND DISCIPLINE, HELPING STUDENTS IMPROVE FITNESS, FOCUS, AND CONFIDENCE WHILE LEARNING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF STRIKING SAFELY.

ADULT MARTIAL ARTS

WHETHER YOU ARE BRAND NEW TO MARTIAL ARTS OR HAVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, OUR PROGRAMS FOCUS ON TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT, PHYSICAL CONDITIONING, AND LONG-TERM PROGRESSION.

THE ADULT MUAY THAI PROGRAM PROVIDES STRUCTURED STRIKING TRAINING FOCUSED ON PROPER TECHNIQUE, FOOTWORK, AND CONDITIONING. CLASSES INCORPORATE PAD WORK, BAG WORK, AND CONTROLLED DRILLS TO BUILD TIMING, POWER, AND CONFIDENCE WHILE MAINTAINING A SUPPORTIVE AND SAFETY-FOCUSED ATMOSPHERE.

BUILT TO COMPLEMENT OUR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING, THIS PROGRAM TAKES A STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO MOVEMENT AND RECOVERY — HELPING MEMBERS TRAIN SMARTER, MOVE BETTER, AND STAY HEALTHY OVER TIME.

OUR WELLNESS PROGRAM CURRENTLY LAUNCHES WITH YOGA AS ITS FOUNDATIONAL OFFERING. YOGA CLASSES FOCUS ON INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT, PROPER BREATHING, AND THOUGHTFUL SEQUENCING TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, STABILITY, AND BODY AWARENESS. CLASSES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO BEGINNERS WHILE PROVIDING MEANINGFUL BENEFITS FOR EXPERIENCED ATHLETES AND LONG-TERM PRACTITIONERS.
