YOGA
THE ENIGMA WELLNESS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT RECOVERY, MOBILITY, AND LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE FOR ADULTS OF ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. BUILT TO COMPLEMENT OUR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING, THIS PROGRAM TAKES A STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO MOVEMENT AND RECOVERY — HELPING MEMBERS TRAIN SMARTER, MOVE BETTER, AND STAY HEALTHY OVER TIME.

OUR WELLNESS PROGRAM CURRENTLY LAUNCHES WITH YOGA AS ITS FOUNDATIONAL OFFERING. YOGA CLASSES FOCUS ON INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT, PROPER BREATHING, AND THOUGHTFUL SEQUENCING TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, STABILITY, AND BODY AWARENESS. CLASSES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO BEGINNERS WHILE PROVIDING MEANINGFUL BENEFITS FOR EXPERIENCED ATHLETES AND LONG-TERM PRACTITIONERS.

AS THE PROGRAM CONTINUES TO GROW, THE ENIGMA WELLNESS PROGRAM WILL EXPAND TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL FORMATS SUCH AS DIFFERENT YOGA STYLES, MOBILITY-FOCUSED CLASSES, AND PILATES — ALL DESIGNED TO SUPPORT CONSISTENCY, RECOVERY, AND OVERALL WELL-BEING.

PERFORMANCE & COMPETITION SUPPORT
FOR MEMBERS TRAINING AT A HIGHER LEVEL, THE WELLNESS PROGRAM ALSO PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING OUR COMPETITION TEAM. RECOVERY, MOBILITY, AND BREATHWORK ARE ESSENTIAL FOR LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE, AND WELLNESS CLASSES ARE PROGRAMMED TO HELP COMPETITORS TRAIN HARD WHILE REDUCING INJURY RISK AND BURNOUT.
