THE ENIGMA WELLNESS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT RECOVERY, MOBILITY, AND LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE FOR ADULTS OF ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. BUILT TO COMPLEMENT OUR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING, THIS PROGRAM TAKES A STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO MOVEMENT AND RECOVERY — HELPING MEMBERS TRAIN SMARTER, MOVE BETTER, AND STAY HEALTHY OVER TIME.

OUR WELLNESS PROGRAM CURRENTLY LAUNCHES WITH YOGA AS ITS FOUNDATIONAL OFFERING. YOGA CLASSES FOCUS ON INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT, PROPER BREATHING, AND THOUGHTFUL SEQUENCING TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, STABILITY, AND BODY AWARENESS. CLASSES ARE ACCESSIBLE TO BEGINNERS WHILE PROVIDING MEANINGFUL BENEFITS FOR EXPERIENCED ATHLETES AND LONG-TERM PRACTITIONERS.

PILATES STRENGTH
PILATES STRENGTH IS A CORE COMPONENT OF THE ENIGMA WELLNESS PROGRAM, DESIGNED TO BUILD FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND CONTROL FOR ADULTS OF ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. THIS CLASS TAKES A STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO MOVEMENT — EMPHASIZING PROPER MECHANICS, CORE ENGAGEMENT, AND CONTROLLED LOADING TO SUPPORT LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE AND INJURY PREVENTION.

PILATES STRENGTH CLASSES FOCUS ON MAT-BASED TRAINING THAT DEVELOP TOTAL-BODY STRENGTH THROUGH THE CORE, HIPS, AND SHOULDERS WHILE IMPROVING POSTURE, BALANCE, AND MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY. CLASSES UTILIZE TOOLS SUCH AS PILATES RINGS, RESISTANCE BANDS, STABILITY BALLS, AND LIGHT WEIGHTS TO CHALLENGE STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE WITHOUT UNNECESSARY IMPACT.

PERFORMANCE & COMPETITION SUPPORT
