OUR ENIGMA WELLNESS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT MOVEMENT, RECOVERY, AND LONG-TERM HEALTH FOR ADULTS OF ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. BUILT TO COMPLEMENT OUR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING, THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A STRUCTURED, INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO WELLNESS THAT GOES BEYOND A SINGLE CLASS OR STYLE.

YOGA (VINYASA FLOW)

OUR VINYASA FLOW YOGA CLASSES FOCUS ON CONTROLLED MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK, AND CONTINUOUS FLOW TO IMPROVE MOBILITY, BALANCE, AND RECOVERY.
 

EACH SESSION LINKS MOVEMENT WITH BREATH TO BUILD FLEXIBILITY, REDUCE STRESS, AND ENHANCE OVERALL BODY AWARENESS. WHETHER YOU’RE LOOKING TO SUPPORT YOUR TRAINING, INCREASE RANGE OF MOTION, OR SIMPLY RESET, THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A STRUCTURED AND ACCESSIBLE APPROACH FOR ALL LEVELS.

PILATES STRENGTH

OUR MAT PILATES PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND CONTROL THROUGH TARGETED, LOW-IMPACT MOVEMENT.

USING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS BALLS, RINGS, AND LIGHT WEIGHTS, CLASSES FOCUS ON CORE ENGAGEMENT, POSTURE, AND FULL-BODY STRENGTH. THIS PROGRAM IS IDEAL FOR IMPROVING PERFORMANCE, PREVENTING INJURY, AND DEVELOPING A STRONGER, MORE CONTROLLED FOUNDATION FOR BOTH TRAINING AND EVERYDAY LIFE.

PERFORMANCE & COMPETITION SUPPORT

FOR MEMBERS TRAINING AT A HIGHER LEVEL, THE WELLNESS PROGRAM ALSO PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING OUR COMPETITION TEAM. RECOVERY, MOBILITY, AND BREATHWORK ARE ESSENTIAL FOR LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE, AND WELLNESS CLASSES ARE PROGRAMMED TO HELP COMPETITORS TRAIN HARD WHILE REDUCING INJURY RISK AND BURNOUT.
